STR

Strength

Squats, deadlifts, presses and rows, coached rep by rep. Built in four-week blocks so you can see yourself getting stronger.

What it feels like

Steady and focused. Plenty of rest between sets, a coach checking your form, and weights picked for you, not for the person next to you.

When it runs

CON

Conditioning

Intervals on rowers, bikes, kettlebells and bodyweight. Hard work, short rests, and every movement has an easier and harder version.

Sweaty and social. You set the pace with the effort scale on the whiteboard; nobody is timing you against anyone else.

Mobility

Slow, deliberate work on hips, shoulders and spine. The class that makes everything else feel better.

FDN

Foundations

Our beginners’ course. Eight small sessions that teach the main lifts and how classes work, so you walk into your first group class knowing what to do.
