The four weeks

Two sessions a week, one skill at a time

  1. Week 1

    Squat and hinge

The two movements behind almost everything. Bodyweight first, then a kettlebell, then a bar if you’re ready.

  2. Week 2

    Push and pull

Presses, rows and push-ups, with versions for every shoulder and every strength level.

  3. Week 3

    Carry and conditioning

Loaded carries, the rower and the bike. How hard to go, and how to pace yourself in a class.

  4. Week 4

    Your first classes

Join two regular classes with your Foundations coach beside you. Then you’re in.

Questions

Foundations questions

Do I need to be fit to start Foundations?

No. It’s built for people starting from scratch. If you can get up off the floor, you can do Foundations, and if you can’t yet, that’s where we’ll start.

What if I miss a session?

Join the next course’s matching session, or book a short catch-up with a coach.

Is the free class part of Foundations?

Your free class can be any class on the timetable, including the first Foundations session. Many people try that one.

Start with one free session.

Pick any class on the timetable. A coach will meet you at the door, show you around and scale everything to you. No card, no contract, no sales pitch.
